We Know!

Part of the Noosa Community Foundation Mission is to help other groups raise funds for charitable purposes in the Noosa region.

So we have a suite of Fundraising Tools and Services that help in the backend while you are focused on the frontend fundraising

This page is primarily for groups wishing to raise funds to pass to charities.  If you are a charity, please contact us for a discussion.

It’s Simple

  1. you contact us to discuss your plans
  2. we set up the machinery for your supporters to make tax deductible donations
  3. you run your event
  4. we pass 100% of the collected funds (less any card fees) to the local charity of your choice

We save you all the painful admin work

3 Types of Fundraising Support

There are three general services we can offer to help you with your fundraising on behalf of local charities;

  1. access to tax-deductable donations portals to collect donor funds.  Other than a small fee by the card-collection agencies, 100% of the money you raise is passed on to the charity(s) of your choice; and in your name.  The Noosa Foundation is all volunteer and doesn’t take any fees for the service.
  2. access to your own Giving Circle system so your donors can make recurrent contributions automatically and with no admin effort required by you.  Again, all funds raised go to charities of your choice and in your name.  ATO-compliant receipts auto issued.
  3. we may be able to help with marketing.  We have email lists and social networks where we may be able to mention projects using our services (conditions apply)
